(OTCBB: BSOM) (FRANKFURT: B10206) announced today that it has confirmed a letter of intent with B&A International, Inc., a manufacturer of fuel enhancing additives designed to help reduce global reliance on fossil fuels and promote a safer environment. The proposed B & A acquisition of intellectual property rights by BSOM should furnish the company with significant prospects for future growth. Bringing fuel additive manufacturing capabilities in-house would allow Bio Solutions Manufacturing to optimize the quality of its own future B100 diesel formulations and provides the means of selling fuel efficiency products to other manufacturers of alternative fuels.
