



DAVID S. BENNETT · President and CEO
Mr Bennett ran a Bio Remediation New York franchise for two years prior to assuming the role of President of Todays Alternative Energy Corporation
He has over 25 years’ experience in direct sales and channel partnerships, including IBM, Oracle and Sun Microsystems. Most recently, he has acted as senior business development consultant for a number of specialty start-up firms. Mr Bennett was Head of North American Sales for OM Technology, Inc., a European firm, and generated over $50 million in software license revenues from treasury and derivative applications from over thirty banks and major financial institutions. From 1991 to 1997, as Head of Sales for TCAM (a North American firm specializing in order management and equities trading), Mr Bennett brought the firm into the top 5% of software firms in the United States, based upon both license and service bureau revenue streams.
Mr Bennett has held profit and loss Branch President responsibilities in both North America (New York) and Europe (Luxembourg) for MISYS – one of the largest software firms in the world. As Chief Analyst for a major consulting firm (Metra Proudfoot), he designed and installed improvement systems to correct over $50 million in preventable losses for commercial, industrial and governmental projects throughout North America and Europe – that firm was eventually acquired for over $1 billion.
He has both graduate and post graduate degrees in Economics and Education from Southampton University in the UK.
GEORGE MCMAHON · Business Development
Mr McMahon is Managing Director of Catch The Light Inc., a Marketing and Technology consulting firm serving clients including, BSLM New York franchise, Bristol Myers Squibb, Freddie Mac, ACS, AmTech, and Watson Machinery International.
He has been Director of Marketing for the $300 million Truck Division and retail Marketing Manager for the commercial car leasing and Heavy Equipment Rental divisions of the Hertz Corporation. Mr McMahon has also held positions with BBD&O advertising, preparing marketing analysis for the new business development team and Product Manager for the Bowery Savings Bank. He was Business Services Manager for an $8 billion consumer package goods manufacturer, responsible for all the sales and marketing systems including sales force automation. He has also been Associate Director of Business and Technology Integration for Readers Digest and Director of End User Support for Ingenix PS, a large clinical research firm which is a division of United Healthcare.
Mr McMahon holds a MBA from the NY Institute of Technology and Post MBA in Information Technology from Iona College, BBA in Marketing for Pace University, AAS in Accounting and Certification in Graphic Design from Farleigh Dickinson and Computer Application Technology from Columbia University.
PATRICIA M. SPREITZER · Chief Financial Officer
Ms. Spreitzer has been the Secretary and Treasurer of Todays Alternative Energy since its inception. During the period from 2001 to 2003, Ms Spreitzer had been employed as the Assistant Project Controller for a publicly owned international general contractor. Prior and subsequent to such employment, she was an Office Manager, responsible for all administrative functions including accounts receivable, accounts payable and payroll.
